We have realised more than 120 apartments in development projects, 50+ rental units, and manage over 8,000 m² of residential space.

We focus on investments in renewable sources, modern energy infrastructure, and the system for providing balance to the transmission system. We primarily concentrate on photovoltaic and hybrid systems with a total installed capacity of several MW. The energy generated is utilized directly in our healthcare facilities, thereby reducing operating costs and dependence on external supplies.

Our portfolio includes our own deployment of the Carebot platform, which is certified under MDR IIa classification. This technology is already transforming the market not only in the European Union, but also in the United Arab Emirates, where it was implemented in collaboration with local clinics. Thanks to the deployment, they saved specialists' time and increased capacity.
